We’re a young, energised finance team and like you, we’re in business to be the best at what we do. We work with like-minded business owners across the UK in a variety of sectors and industries. We believe in order to deliver a unique approach to accounting, our firm needs to adhere to some simple values:

- Continuously embrace innovation within our industry
- Make enough money to buy a pint (or equivalent drink) at the end of the week
- Be a team our clients can trust to deliver fantastic results
After his training, he moved to work in the treasury team for a national stock brokers and then on to a consultancy role in a management accountancy focused advisory firm. From here, Tim worked for a number of businesses in roles from management accountant through to head of finance.
In the spring of 2012, Tim jointly began working with his colleague Tash, part time from a serviced office at weekends. In June 2013, after a few consultancy clients became a handful of outsourcing clients, MNE in its current form began.
At MNE, Tim works with clients at FD level, guiding directors through their strategic plans and working with them and their management to plan and achieve their growth goals. Tim also oversees the financial accounting side of the firm, which looks after personal tax and end of year accounts.
Jamie began to manage the Outsourcing side of the business in 2015, looking after the rapid growth of both client and staff numbers. He is credited with implementing some state of the art systems that ensure quality and efficiency for the firm – and is responsible for our happy, long-serving clients.
Jamie took a director position in the firm in May 2017 and alongside his client quality role, works with a number of clients, with a focus on management accounting. In Jamie’s team are a number of specialist finance professionals who assist with projects that are outlined and developed by Jamie and his clients.
Whilst progressing through the Credit Control department, Tash passed qualifications in leadership and management and moved on to managing multiple teams of credit controllers.
In the summer of 2012, Tash decided that she wanted to move in to practice and joined Tim who owned a small consultancy based accounting practice. Wanting to make it her full time job, she worked with Tim to build a innovative new offering in the accounting industry – outsourcing large accounts departments for businesses who didn’t need the headache of an in house team. In the following spring Tash left her management role and concentrated on the new MNE offering full time.
At MNE, Tash works with a handful of clients directly at board level. She also oversees the lettings department which look after the client accounts of around 45 lettings agencies across the UK.
